Join Amne for this hands-on core skills class where we learn how to make at least 4 of the 6 simple sauces (3 French and 1 Italian) that make everyday dishes special. You will make a White Butter sauce aka Buerre Blanc, Remoulade, Béchamel White Sauce, and Sunday Gravy Sauce. Total Time for four sauces: 60 - 90 minutes. We'll taste all the results with food. $45.00 PP and payable at the door.

GET READY FOR SPRING - CHICKEN CORDON BLEU
Learn to prepare a French-Inspired Poultry Dish ~ Chicken Cordon Bleu. Cordon Bleu means blue ribbon in French. Most importantly, the ingredients used in this dish are ham or prosciutto and swiss cheese. You will be utilizing two special techniques to prepare the breasts. No deboning is required in this class. You will marinate, roll, and stuff a chicken breast. Our sides will be twice baked potato and a hearts of palm salad. Limited to 8 participants. This one will sell out!
