WINES
new courseHow to Order Wine in a Restaurant
— Amne Livingston
You settle into your seat at a fine dining establishment and a leather bound wine menu is plopped down in front of you. You become flustered, overwhelmed, and panicky as you turn each page of the extensive wine list. Panic no longer! Discover how to interpret a wine list, inquire, select and order like a pro. Learn to disarm the wine steward, impress your table mates, and fine tune your wine-speak.

Amne Livingston, a certified Level II Sommelier has been educating wine aficionados for years. Her straight forward style of teaching enables you to discover something about the cultural aspects of wine.
